THE DAIRY
Guests are warmly looked after by the owners’ family, who are always happy to visit the company’s artisan cheese factory, where they produce the delicious pecorino cheese from the Crete Senesi, which can be tasted and purchased.
The restaurant serves typical Tuscan cuisine and the farmhouse produces pecorino cheese, olive oil and vegetables.
